Fumage

A collection inspired by the unique work of Steven Spazuk, a professional visual artist internationally known for his work with fire. His exceptional mastery of the “fumage” technique of sculpting traces of soot on paper combined with his passion for humanity lead to the creation of unique and profound images.

With each look in the collection the Allilon team strives to embody the lively unpredictability of the fumage process using interlocking flame shapes in both the cutting and colour sectioning patterns. Wispy tendrils are loosely styled into a multitude of crafted shapes.

The colour palette includes smoky blondes, ash greys, hot reds and golden yellows echoing the process and tools used in Steven’s work.
